- Have in-depth knowledge of passive talent pools and the ability to track hiring trends within similar sectors.
- Showcase a proven ability to cultivate relationships and maintain an active network of partners both internally and externally.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal, consulting, and communication skills, crucial for building collaborative relationships.
- Demonstrate proficiency in sourcing talent through various job boards, databases, and other recruitment tools.
- Stay motivated in a dynamic work environment and showcase the ability to work independently.
- Act as the ambassador for Hiring Managers and Candidates, ensuring a high-quality experience throughout the hiring process.
- Comfortably manage critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as Time to Fill, Time to Shortlist, Conversion Rates, Quality Ratios, Service Excellence, and Cost Optimization.
- Be well-versed in current diversity hiring strategies and practices, integrating best practices into the recruitment process to enhance the diversity of candidates while maintaining quality.
- Effectively manage assigned business lines and stakeholders by providing Subject Matter Expertise (SME), meaningful dialogue, real-time market insights, and high accountability in achieving hiring targets.
- Prior experience with various Talent Acquisition technology tools including ATS, CRM systems, psychometric assessments, technical assessments, video interviewing platforms, and onboarding tools.
- Focus on technology hiring within the financial domain, particularly in product/service-based IT sectors, digital domains, e-commerce, and startup organizations.
