• Identify and pursue potential opportunities, converting leads into actual business engagements.
• Educate clients about the company’s products, services, and exclusive offers.
• Address client complaints and resolve issues swiftly, maintaining the company’s positive image.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and suggest improvements to enhance client experience.
• Collaborate with internal departments (Doctors, Lab, Physiotherapy, Imaging Centre, etc.) to fulfill client expectations.
• Oversee the customer relationship management system.
• Drive business growth by establishing a robust referral network and ensuring successful conversions.
