At CGS Federal, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Senior Relativity Archiving Analyst to play a pivotal role in managing the archiving and purging of Relativity workspaces and file share folders. You will be instrumental in relocating file shares to designated archive locations and ensuring Relativity workspaces are archived efficiently using both Relativity ARM and flat formats, enabling full restoration capabilities in Relativity or alternative systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with DOJ management, lead attorneys, and Section Chiefs to determine the appropriate disposition of data/files.
- Manage the archiving of older file shares and full Relativity workspaces using ARM.
- Archive various data types including images, natives, and text.
- Ensure metadata, coding fields, and choices/tags are archived in flat format.
- Document user interfaces and the archiving process for review and approval by the Senior IT Manager.
- Identify and resolve any issues related to archiving.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with backend Relativity (2022 and prior).
- At least 3 years of experience in archiving Relativity workspaces.
- At least 3 years of experience in restoring Relativity archived workspaces.
- Proficient knowledge of Windows permissions and file transfer utilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Proven experience in a collaborative work environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
