The Senior Reliability Maintenance Technician plays a crucial role in enhancing asset reliability by mitigating risks, optimizing uptime, and ensuring compliance and technical support for essential infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Adhere to AbbVie’s code of conduct and ethical standards.
Enhance the reliability and functional integrity of site assets through the implementation and standardization of proactive maintenance strategies, including Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PdM), and Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM).
Collaborate with Maintenance teams to develop and implement reliability improvement plans, conducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) evaluations, and failure data analysis.
Provide training and mentorship to junior technicians and cross-functional partners in reliability practices, technical skills, and safety protocols.
Promote and support continuous improvement and safety initiatives within the maintenance team and across the facility.
Ensure all maintenance and reliability activities comply with safety regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/cGMP).
Analyze asset data to monitor performance trends and recommend actions to enhance long-term equipment health and sustainability.
