ROLE OVERVIEW
The Senior Renewals Operations Manager, Customer Support serves as a strategic, highly cross-functional partner, focused on enhancing the effectiveness, scalability, and overall experience of our global Customer Technical Support team. Collaborating closely with the VP of Customer Technical Support, this position is pivotal in managing the end-to-end Technical Support Engineer (TSE) experience, ensuring process excellence, data-driven execution, and operational consistency across various regions.
This role is central to our post-sales ecosystem, aligning Customer Support with Renewals, Customer Success, Professional Services, and Sales to provide a seamless, scalable, and predictable customer experience. Utilizing data, analytics, and AI-driven insights, the role aims to boost performance, enhance decision-making, and facilitate continuous improvement. This position is a high-impact individual contributor role with significant executive visibility.
