About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Manager of Retention, a skilled CRM strategist and operator who balances creativity with technical expertise and leadership acumen. This role demands strategic ownership, hands-on execution, and a commitment to measurable outcomes. You will oversee a team of lifecycle marketing specialists to develop sophisticated email, SMS, and loyalty initiatives that enhance customer retention, increase lifetime value (LTV), and drive sustainable growth for a portfolio of rapidly expanding e-commerce brands. This role requires sharp customer insights to transform data into effective strategies, comfort with complexity, and the ability to influence both clients and internal stakeholders. You will report to our Director of Retention and collaborate closely with Performance, Creative, and Strategy teams to execute unified, data-driven campaigns rooted in customer psychology.
