Key Responsibilities:
Manage Complex Deal Execution (Deal Desk + Commercial Strategy)
Act as the primary contact for non-standard deal structuring, including pricing, discounting, bundles, ramps, multi-year, and special terms.
Facilitate an efficient approvals process, quickly identifying what needs escalation and how to expedite decisions.
Collaborate with Finance and Legal on trade-offs regarding risk, margin, payment terms, and contract language while ensuring Sales remains proactive.
Enhance quote quality by maintaining clean Salesforce opportunity data and, if applicable, CPQ discipline—protecting bookings, billing, and reporting integrity.
Address client escalations from a commercial perspective, including pricing disputes, urgent approvals, and renewal challenges, ensuring internal coordination for optimal resolution.

We are seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team. In this pivotal role, you will structure and de-risk complex deals, aiding the business in making informed decisions through forecasting, planning, territory design, and TAM/whitespace analysis. As part of the Deal Desk, you will serve as the control point for non-standard deals, which include pricing/discount exceptions, commercial terms, approvals, and quote-to-cash hygiene, collaborating across Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations. On the strategic front, you will partner with regional sales leaders to enhance forecast discipline, optimize territory coverage, and develop a data-driven perspective on new logo growth opportunities.
