Role Overview
The Senior Revenue Performance Coach acts as the vital link between Go-To-Market (GTM) enablement and execution. This role combines coaching and enablement to reinforce training concepts in real-world revenue-generating scenarios. We are looking for an experienced seller with a strong coaching mentality who thrives in live selling environments and prioritizes behavioral change over one-off training sessions. You will work autonomously, collaborating closely with frontline managers and Enablement leadership to ensure lasting adoption across the revenue organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee comprehensive coaching outcomes for assigned sellers and revenue generators, focusing on diagnosis, action planning, behavior modification, and tracking progress throughout coaching cycles. Observe performance and devise actionable plans to foster growth and behavioral adoption.
- Participate as an observer in live customer interactions to evaluate seller performance against established standards, identifying strengths, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
- Diagnose and identify root causes of performance challenges, including skill gaps, behavioral issues, missed executions, and adherence to processes.
