As a Senior Sales Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify new business opportunities by engaging potential clients and nurturing relationships. You will develop leads through marketing initiatives, meet sales targets, and ensure exemplary after-sales service. Ultimately, your efforts will drive sales growth and contribute to the long-term success of Bayut.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize effective communication skills to align client expectations and deliver an outstanding dubizzle experience.
- Consistently meet monthly targets for renewals and acquisitions.
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market by integrating on-ground insights with dubizzle’s comprehensive data.
- Expand our market presence by selling our products to new customers.
- Organize and conduct meetings with clients for acquisitions, renewals, and upgrades.
- Enhance client satisfaction through dedicated account management services.
- Regularly update the sales reporting dashboard to reflect all activities.
- Collaborate with Finance, Customer Support, Legal, and Marketing teams on sales or client issues.
- Gather market insights and stay informed about local laws and developments.
