Role Overview
We are on the lookout for a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who brings over 5 years of outbound sales expertise, preferably within the realms of marketing, advertising, or MarTech. This pivotal remote SDR position is centered around generating high-quality opportunities through strategic prospecting and outreach to key stakeholders.
In this role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our sales pipeline by engaging with decision-makers, including CMOs, marketing directors, and founders, while facilitating high-value meetings for our closing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement multi-channel outbound campaigns (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn) targeting influential marketing leaders and business owners.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture leads across specified industries (e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, professional services).
- Schedule high-quality discovery calls and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Develop personalized messaging that addresses marketing challenges (lead generation, CAC, ROI, conversion rates).
- Maintain precise activity tracking and pipeline updates using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and outreach strategies.
- Continuously enhance outreach performance through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
- Consistently surpass KPIs, including meetings booked, pipeline value, and conversion rates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Development, Outbound Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Demonstrated success in selling marketing services, advertising solutions, or MarTech products.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing principles (SEO, PPC, paid social, funnels, analytics).
- Proven track record of securing meetings with senior decision-makers (CMO, Head of Marketing, Founder).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce) and outreach tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft).
- Exceptional communication, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Experience collaborating with global teams remotely is a significant advantage.
