We seek an adaptable individual who can establish structure within a dynamic environment.Lead and implement the sales enablement strategy.Design and facilitate onboarding programs for new Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Architects.Create and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and opportunity management guides.Collaborate with Product Marketing to convert product positioning and messaging into field-ready enablement materials.Ensure the revenue team has continuous access to up-to-date competitive positioning, product updates, and sales assets.Organize and conduct recurring enablement sessions, including product training, competitive insights, and sales skill enhancement.Assist with major product launches by coordinating internal training and field readiness initiatives.Maintain the sales knowledge system, ensuring resources are organized, current, and easily accessible for the field.Work with Revenue leadership to identify skill gaps and design targeted enablement programs.Evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of enablement programs through feedback, usage metrics, and sales outcomes.Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Product Marketing, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to align strategy with field execution.Thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment characterized by high cross-functional collaboration.

You will report to the Business Development organization and collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Revenue leadership to implement our go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for creating and executing enablement programs that enhance sales productivity, expedite deal cycles, and ensure consistent execution within the revenue team.
This role emphasizes execution. You will design and implement structured enablement programs, oversee the core sales knowledge system, and provide the resources necessary for the field to succeed.
