The Role:
As a Senior Sales Engineer at Ping Identity, you will combine your passion for identity management with a strong focus on customer success. Working alongside our dynamic sales team, you will participate in customer meetings, deliver demonstrations, and conduct proof of concepts to illustrate the business and technical advantages of our solutions. Your contributions will be crucial in driving personal, team, and customer success through innovative and insightful solutions that address both technical and business challenges.
This position allows you to leverage your technical and consultative expertise, engaging with stakeholders across various roles to understand and fulfill their technical requirements with our state-of-the-art solutions. Your deep knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies will be instrumental in delivering impactful solutions tailored to meet customer business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct pre-sales activities, including solution demonstrations, presentations, technical guidance, proof of concepts, and RfX responses.
- Serve as the primary technical authority on Ping Identity solutions for clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Establish long-lasting relationships with customers to foster trust and collaboration.
