Drive new revenue generation with both new and existing client accounts, collaborating effectively with sales and client management teams.
Assist in the solutions discovery process, highlighting the technical, functional, and overall value propositions of our retail and brand solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proofs-of-concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations, both in-person and through virtual meetings.
Assess prospective and current clients’ business objectives and systems integration requirements, recommending strategies to fulfill these needs.
Conduct ROI analyses, revenue and cost forecasts, and respond to Requests for Information (RFIs) and Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
Relay market feedback to product management and services to inform future product development and service offerings.
Work collaboratively across departments to ensure a smooth and strategic transition to service teams, sharing documentation of goals and requirements established during the sales cycle.
Maintain a proven track record in supporting presales engagements while effectively engaging clients, technical teams, and C-level executives.
Exhibit strong analytical, technical, operational, and industry knowledge to deliver value and relevance to key client stakeholders.
Synthesize and prioritize client feedback alongside competitive and industry insights to advocate for enhancements in product and service delivery.
Have a comprehensive understanding of the financial and strategic dimensions of the business to formulate growth strategies for both clients and Rithum.
Demonstrate outstanding communication and presentation skills, showcasing strong oral, written, and interpersonal abilities.
