Qualifications
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical leadership and guidance to Rubrik, clients, and prospects in the development and positioning of our cloud-native data protection solutions for the Cloud Unstructured Data and Universal Cloud Licensing platforms.
Act as a trusted technology advisor to clients and serve as a public cloud expert when presenting Rubrik’s cloud capabilities to key accounts.
Lead technical sales discussions, gather and analyze customer feedback, and recognize market trends.
Evaluate sales opportunities based on customer technical requirements, competitive landscape, decision-making processes, and funding availability.
Ensure ongoing alignment between product management and customer demands through regular communication.
Assist in creating marketing and sales materials to ensure they meet customer needs and maintain technical accuracy.
Support the development and delivery of technical training to Rubrik's internal teams, channel partners, and alliance partner sales architects.
Champion the adoption of Rubrik's cloud-native protection technologies across the organization and the broader public cloud ecosystem.

As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving product line revenue by crafting our corporate technical go-to-market strategy and managing technical pre-sales activities for key accounts. Your responsibilities will include designing, promoting, positioning, and architecting our industry-leading cloud data management and security solutions for a diverse range of enterprise, mid-market, and small business clients throughout North America.
