Your Impact

We are in search of a high-energy, results-oriented pre-sales Sales Engineer who excels in presenting technology to both leadership and end-users. This role is crucial in driving our sales initiatives forward, requiring a self-starter adept at thriving in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment focused on Law Enforcement and public safety.
What You’ll Do
Location: Jordan, with travel up to 70%
Reports to: Senior Manager, Emerging Markets
- Master all Axon technologies and products.
- Utilize exceptional written and verbal communication skills to lead impactful business and technical presentations.
- Engage in technical discussions with IT departments, including CIOs, and channel partner leadership.
- Set and manage customer and team expectations effectively.
- Offer first-level technical support throughout the pre-sales process.
- Maintain organization and focus to eliminate sales obstacles creatively.
- Build strong relationships with key partners to enhance growth in their customer base.
- Position Axon technology effectively against competitors.
- Represent the products, company values, and brand at customer interactions and events such as industry conferences and tech summits.
- Oversee the Proof of Concept/Pilot process, coordinating logistics among stakeholders.
