Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who can:
Drive new revenue generation with both existing and new accounts in collaboration with sales and client management teams.
Assist in the solutions discovery process, highlighting the technical, functional, and overall value of our retailer and brand solutions.
Prepare and present sales presentations, proofs of concept, strategic recommendations, and product demonstrations in-person and via virtual meetings.
Assess prospective and current clients' business objectives, data, and systems integration needs, providing effective strategy recommendations.
Generate ROI analyses, revenue and cost forecasts, and respond to requests for information (RFIs) and proposals (RFPs).
Relay market feedback to product management and services for future product and service enhancements.
Work cross-departmentally to ensure a smooth transition to service teams by sharing documentation of goals and requirements from the sales cycle.
Demonstrate proven success in presales engagements with clients, technical teams, and C-level executives.
Exhibit strong analytical, technical, operational, and industry knowledge to provide significant value to key client stakeholders.
Collect and prioritize client feedback, along with competitive and industry insights, to advocate for product and service improvements.
Show a comprehensive understanding of the financial and strategic aspects of the business to devise growth strategies for both clients and Rithum.
Possess excellent communication and presentation skills, demonstrating proficiency in oral, written, and interpersonal communication.
