Key Responsibilities:Oversee the contract intake and closing process, ensuring all information is accurately entered and updated within Salesforce, while maintaining effective interdepartmental communication regarding necessary documentation.Ensure data accuracy in Salesforce through routine updates and basic reporting.Manage workflows related to the contract database, ensuring data integrity and facilitating integration workflows with legal, services, and finance teams.Assist in managing customer renewals within the existing client base.Conduct analysis and review of Salesforce records for completeness and eliminate duplicates.Respond to standard Sales Operations inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.Guarantee that all customer, account, and contract details are correctly documented and communicated by coordinating with Sales, Finance, and Services.Compile and analyze data from Salesforce and Excel as needed.Update campaign and lead information within Salesforce.Provide training and support for users regarding Salesforce functionalities.This list of duties is not exhaustive and may be supplemented with additional tasks as required by management.
