The North America Senior Sales & Operations Planning Manager will lead and streamline the comprehensive Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process throughout North America. This pivotal role ensures synchronization among commercial, product, and supply chain divisions to produce a cohesive, viable, and financially sound plan. The individual will oversee the monthly S&OP cycle, which includes Product Management Review, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Executive S&OP Review. The main goal is to harmonize demand and supply while enhancing service levels, inventory management, cost efficiency, and revenue growth. The Senior S&OP Manager will serve as the key integrator across functions, facilitating informed decision-making, transparency, and accountability.
