Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field is required. A minimum of 8 years of relevant IT experience is essential.Extensive experience in IT system development and integration. Preferred skills include SAP ABAP (Object-oriented programming), SAP Portal, SAP FIORI, Java, and HTML5.Proficient in building solutions within SAP Procurement Planning, Demand Planning, Production Planning, and Sourcing work streams.Familiarity with Agile methodologies to align with business priorities, break down work into Minimum Viable Products (MVP), and iterate efficiently on product changes.Solid understanding of structured analysis, design, programming techniques, and change management.Exceptional ability to analyze business problems, objectives, and requirements, translating them into effective application solutions.Demonstrated effectiveness as a leader or contributor on project teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a bridge between IT and business leadership teams.
- Gather, analyze, document, and communicate business needs and requirements.
- Ensure that IT solution designs and implementations foster business development and growth through effective technology use.
- Play a crucial role in the “buy vs. build” decision-making process.
- Engage proactively in understanding business processes, key performance indicators, and strategic direction.
- Identify, recommend, and advocate for business solutions, negotiating deliverables and requirements across multiple stakeholders.
- Continuously enhance business processes, contributing to the development of performance metrics within both technology and business domains.
- Provide leadership within the business unit(s) and IT organization.
- Manage and harmonize the needs of diverse business customers and IT teams.
- May supervise project work conducted by application analysts and consultants.
