Job Summary
As a Senior Satellite Flight Software Engineer at Lynk, you will focus on developing various flight software applications that command and control our satellites. Your responsibilities will include crafting our satellite command and data handling system software, as well as supporting software for both primary (payload) and secondary radio communications functions. Initially, your software will be tested on satellite prototypes in laboratory environments that simulate orbital operations. You will also implement data acquisition methods to ensure successful testing, verification, and validation processes.
We prioritize rapid spacecraft development, so we seek candidates with substantial experience in designing, developing, and testing software under tight deadlines. We welcome engineers who are excited about challenges and possess a proven ability to think creatively to solve unconventional problems.
Note: Previous experience with satellites is not a prerequisite for this role. If you are a systems-level software engineer excited to explore new and dynamic domains, we encourage you to apply! We are always in pursuit of talented individuals who can provide fresh perspectives.
