We are looking for a seasoned professional to enhance our project controls function for a major project. You will leverage your substantial experience in construction project control services to ensure successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, monitor, and update the Project Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) for owners.
- Develop and implement the schedule management program and its deliverables for extensive capital projects.
- Act as a trusted advisor to project stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations.
- Prepare baseline schedules and schedule basis documentation for project team approval.
- Conduct resource loading and leveling schedules.
- Integrate contractors' schedules into the IMS.
- Evaluate critical path impacts and report findings to the project team.
- Track schedule deviations and variances, assisting in the formulation of corrective actions.
- Utilize Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to monitor project progress.
- Regularly review schedules with project team members to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate and distribute schedule progress reports, trending charts, and schedule analyses.
- Maintain records of scope changes, trends, and variances that could affect schedule performance.
- Ensure the integrity of schedule information.
- Maintain communication with clients and consultants at all project stages.
- Adhere to SOX control responsibilities as applicable.
