Key Responsibilities
- Lead innovative chemical process research and development initiatives, guiding projects from pre-clinical phases to the production of primary stability batches.
- Act as a principal engineer or reaction engineering lead to design and implement groundbreaking scientific research that aligns with project and area objectives.
- Conduct data-intensive experimentation to facilitate the creation of comprehensive kinetic models.
- Carry out mixing analyses to inform the design of experiments for scaling up and scaling down processes.
- Deliver technical presentations to cross-functional project teams, providing strategic insights and expert guidance.
- Engage proactively in cross-functional collaborations to develop advanced reaction capabilities, including flow chemistry, photochemistry, and electrochemistry, in order to enhance technical capabilities that meet pipeline demands.
