Your Role
As a Senior Security Analyst, you will be pivotal in enhancing our Security Operations. With over 5 years of hands-on experience in Security Operations or Incident Response, your mission is to protect the vital data that assists in crime-solving and life-saving initiatives.
This position is a 'builder' role, demanding more than just monitoring dashboards. You will actively advance our detection pipeline, automate response processes, and fortify our rapidly expanding cloud infrastructure. Collaborating at the nexus of engineering and operations, you will ensure that our security posture not only keeps pace with Flock's growth but leads the industry forward. You will report directly to the Manager of Security Operations.
Your success will be gauged by metrics such as reducing Mean Time to Respond (MTTR), the effectiveness of your custom detection strategies, and the successful automation of our security workflows, enabling team scalability.
