Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of experience in security operations, focusing on alert triage, investigation, and incident response.Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining monitoring and alerting systems from the ground up.Strong proficiency in managing the incident lifecycle with the ability to juggle multiple work streams simultaneously.Deep understanding of secure software development practices, including familiarity with common vulnerabilities such as OWASP Top 10.Excellent communication skills to present complex technical issues clearly and authoritatively to a diverse audience, including IT professionals, executives, and business decision-makers.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and APIs.Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations, including NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, and PCI DSS.A foundational understanding of forensic processes.
