Qualifications
What You’ll Do:Collaborate with Cyber Threat Intelligence and Detection Engineering teams to identify threats and ensure high-signal detections.Triage escalated alerts to assess possible security incidents.Respond to security incidents, acting as either an incident commander or responder.Enhance efficiency by developing tools and automations to streamline processes.Improve overall security posture through post-incident reviews and process enhancements.Participate in a light on-call rotation. Who You Are:Possess a minimum of 5 years’ experience in security incident response, threat hunting, or related fields.Have experience with at least one public cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and cloud-native technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform.Understand cloud-native threat actor tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and the associated defensive measures.Have utilized a variety of technologies and datasets to detect threats in cloud and enterprise environments.Possess experience in building tools for incident response and forensic applications using Python, Go, or similar languages.
