The Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team's primary mission is to uphold Robinhood's commitment to “Safety Always” through rigorous risk management, robust control frameworks, and effective governance practices. We collaborate closely with teams across Information Security, Technology, Corporate Engineering, Enterprise Risk, and Compliance to ensure comprehensive oversight of risk throughout the organization. Our team also aligns global regulatory standards while allowing the business to develop secure, compliant products efficiently.
As a Senior Security GRC Analyst, your focus will be on managing risk associated with Information Security, Technology, and Corporate Engineering. You will conduct risk assessments, evaluate the efficacy of controls, assist with regulatory examinations and audits, and provide transparent reporting on our risk posture. You will play a crucial role in enhancing how Robinhood navigates risk across diverse regulatory landscapes using a centralized enterprise approach. This position also offers involvement in international expansion initiatives and opportunities to contribute to automation and AI projects aimed at improving control testing, reporting, and governance processes.
This position is based in our Menlo Park, CA office, requiring in-person attendance at least three days a week.
