Job Summary
We are on the lookout for a Senior SEO Specialist. This position is perfect for a seasoned SEO expert ready to take command of organic growth strategies, spearhead technical SEO projects, and significantly enhance search visibility, traffic, and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Devise and implement all-encompassing SEO strategies that include technical SEO, on-page, and off-page initiatives.
- Lead keyword research, search intent analysis, and content optimization efforts.
- Perform thorough technical SEO audits covering site structure, crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals.
- Oversee backlink acquisition and authority-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with content, development, and marketing teams to ensure SEO aligns with business objectives.
- Evaluate performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms.
- Keep abreast of algorithm modifications and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Create SEO dashboards and present monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
- Enhance conversion pathways and user experience to boost rankings and engagement.
Requirements
- 5+ years of practical SEO experience, whether in-house or at an agency.
- Demonstrated success in increasing organic traffic and improving search rankings.
- In-depth technical SEO knowledge, including schema markup, site speed, indexing, and canonicalization.
- Expertise in advanced keyword research and competitive analysis.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and GSC.
- Strong grasp of content strategy and best practices in link-building.
- Experience with various CMS platforms, including WordPress, Webflow, and Shopify.
- Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote setting.
