As a Senior Service Advisor, you serve as the vital link between our clients and the workshop, ensuring each visit goes smoothly—from key drop-off to the moment the customer leaves satisfied.
Your Responsibilities as a Senior Service Advisor Include:
Guiding the intake and delivery process of vehicles;
Informing customers about upcoming services, discussing quotes, and clearly coordinating planning and costs;
Ensuring precise invoicing and administrative follow-up;
You actively contribute ideas for service enhancements and customer satisfaction.
Additionally, You Will Be Engaged In:
Welcoming customers and discussing their needs;
Scheduling maintenance, repairs, and inspections;
Creating clear work orders for the technicians;
Keeping customers updated on the progress of their service;
Providing explanations regarding completed work and invoicing.
What We Expect From You
You are someone who genuinely enjoys helping customers. You combine a friendly and professional demeanor with a keen attention to detail. In a busy environment, you maintain an overview and ensure that every customer feels heard and supported. Additionally, you possess:
A completed vocational education (MBO) level;
Demonstrable experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar senior role within the automotive industry;
Strong communication and administrative skills;
A service-oriented and commercial mindset;
Basic knowledge of automotive systems or a willingness to learn quickly.

A salary that reflects your experience and knowledge, ranging from €3,167.98 to €4,286.08 gross per month;
ADV arrangement for a 40-hour work week;
192 vacation hours based on full-time employment;
