Qualifications
Over 4 years of experience in a Service Designer role and an additional 4 years as a UX Designer or Design Researcher.Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategic needs into actionable solutions.Proficient in qualitative and quantitative research, hypothesis design, and solution validation.Experience in conducting in-depth interviews, concept testing, field observations, and other research techniques as needed by assigned labs.Extensive experience in Service Design: end-to-end process mapping (back and front), stakeholder alignment, and corporate ecosystem mapping using tools such as blueprints, journeys, and ecosystem maps.High proficiency in qualitative research design and execution for exploratory/generative and validation projects, utilizing techniques like in-depth interviews, shadowing, home visits, and ethnographic diaries.Strategic vision: Ability to understand business strategy and align with or challenge it when necessary, possessing knowledge of business concepts and models.Important to have knowledge of technology, emerging trends, and related technological solutions; familiarity with working alongside technology roles and developers.Designing value propositions: Must leverage insights (qualitative/quantitative) to co-create user-desirable, business-viable, and technically feasible value propositions.
