What does the role entail?
The Operations Service Support Engineer plays a pivotal role in the support and maintenance of NICE platforms at client sites. This position involves managing NICE-related issues and outages efficiently while enhancing the client's capacity to maintain the NICE system. Additionally, you will support NICE projects, installations, and change management to ensure optimal functioning of the customer’s environment and infrastructure.
How will you contribute?
- Reporting daily to the OSS Manager.
- Preferred knowledge of NICE solutions, NTR, and NTRX.
- Collaborate closely with client System Engineers to support the NICE infrastructure across the global organization.
- Document cases and perform remediation based on severity.
- Provide L2/L3 technical support for the NICE product, coordinating with suppliers and representatives as necessary.
