This is a Work-from-Home opportunity for applicants outside the commutable range of our office located at 2 Queen St. E in Toronto, ON. For local applicants, this is a hybrid position with currently 2-days a week onsite. This opportunity will consider Front-End, Back-End, or Full-Stack expertise.
THE ROLE
The TripArc ADX platform serves as the primary booking tool for thousands of North American travel advisors. While a dedicated team focuses on developing the next generation of the platform, your role will ensure the current system continues to improve—becoming faster, more reliable, and more responsive to user needs.
This full-stack Senior Developer position leans towards backend responsibilities. The nature of the work is diverse: one sprint you may address a payment flow issue causing friction at checkout, the next you might enhance 24/7 service capabilities, and the following month, optimize feature performance under load. Each month presents new challenges, and that’s what keeps the role exciting.
You will not be waiting for detailed specifications; instead, you will identify problems, propose solutions, and collaborate with Product and QA to scope your own work before deploying it. Your code will run at real volume—your efforts will be noticed by advisors as improvements roll out.
