As a vital contributor, you will be instrumental in developing and implementing industry-leading quality engineering practices, automated testing frameworks, and advanced methodologies across large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Implementation
- Define Quality Engineering Strategy: Create a comprehensive quality strategy that spans all phases of the software lifecycle, aligns with Agile and DevOps principles, and integrates both functional and non-functional testing.
- Process Standardization: Standardize quality engineering methodologies throughout the organization, establishing guidelines for automation, performance, and security testing while ensuring compliance with best practices.
- Resource Allocation: Partner with senior management in budgeting, resource allocation, and tool selection to facilitate the growth of quality engineering across various clients.
Innovative Development
- Tooling & Automation: Lead the identification, customization, and implementation of test automation tools (such as Selenium, WebDriverIO, Playwright, Cypress, and Robot Framework) to boost the efficiency and effectiveness of quality processes.
- Performance Engineering: Supervise the execution of performance testing using tools like Locust, JMeter, and K6, incorporating monitoring solutions such as Grafana and Prometheus for in-depth performance evaluations.
- Data-Driven Insights: Employ data visualization and reporting tools, including PowerBI, to generate actionable insights regarding quality metrics, test coverage, and product reliability.
- AI & Machine Learning Initiatives: Drive the investigation and integration of AI-enhanced quality engineering solutions, such as predictive analytics for defect detection, intelligent test automation, and anomaly detection. Utilize frameworks and tools like OpenAI, LangChain, and custom machine learning models to create advanced testing scenarios, automate repetitive tasks, and extract insights from data patterns.
