About Our Team:
Our Operations team is dedicated to ensuring the best post-purchase experiences for fans and consists of three divisions: Active Support, Fulfillment, and Marketplace Operations. Our Active Support team focuses on enhancing the post-purchase experience for every ticket transaction, developing tools and resources for fans and support agents alike. The Fulfillment team ensures that customers receive valid tickets for events, creating systems to maintain zero breakage during ticket fulfillment. Finally, the Marketplace Operations team guarantees that fans have access to the best inventory available for every event worldwide. We are customer-obsessed and continually experiment to improve consumer experience, empowering every engineer in our organization to drive innovation from ideation to delivery.
