Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement cutting-edge generative AI models for automated building design, including floor plan generation, facade design, and structural optimization using advanced architectures like diffusion models, transformers, and GANs.Develop sophisticated computer vision pipelines for design and drawing analysis utilizing modern frameworks such as YOLO, SAM, and NeRF-based 3D reconstruction.Construct graph neural networks and geometric deep learning models for structural analysis and optimization of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems.Create reinforcement learning systems aimed at multi-objective building optimization, encompassing energy efficiency, cost, occupant comfort, and sustainability metrics.Integrate AI models with industry-standard Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools such as Revit and Rhino/Grasshopper through custom APIs and plugins.Deploy machine learning pipelines in production environments using contemporary MLOps practices, including experiment tracking using Weights & Biases and MLflow, model versioning, and A/B testing frameworks.Implement physics-informed neural networks for building performance simulation and predictive modeling.Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to ensure that AI systems yield practical, code-compliant, and constructible designs.
