As a member of Ripple, a trailblazing fintech organization, you will be at the forefront of transforming global finance through blockchain technology. Our offerings encompass a variety of financial services, including seamless cross-border payments, institutional crypto liquidity, digital asset custody, and the enterprise-grade stablecoin RLUSD. In your role as a Software Engineer, you will develop scalable payment technologies that shape the future of finance.
Your key responsibilities will focus on our core Payments offerings, specifically Bank Integrations. You will serve as the vital connectivity layer to our banking partners, ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and availability of data exchanged with external financial institutions. This role involves facilitating the smooth distribution of data across our organization, supporting both live production payment flows and reconciliation operations. You will maintain and enhance integrations with banking partners, address technical debt to boost stability, and evolve our platform to meet emerging business and compliance requirements. By advancing an established production system, you will significantly enhance scale, efficiency, and observability, ensuring Ripple's products interact seamlessly with global banks and payment providers in a consistent and trustworthy manner.
