Overview
We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Experiences Team, which is responsible for building and maintaining the essential services and SDKs that drive the Speechify product experience across various platforms. This role is crucial for an individual who thrives at the intersection of product development and infrastructure, possesses strategic thinking abilities, and is dedicated to creating clear, reliable APIs and seamless systems that significantly improve user experience.
Your Responsibilities
- Work alongside Speechify's Product Teams to define project scopes, streamline tasks for quicker customer feedback, assess integration and UX trade-offs across different product teams, and deliver solutions through our cross-platform SDK.
- Enhance existing functionalities to achieve faster load times and smarter parsing by designing more efficient abstractions and refining algorithms.
- Develop cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs utilizing Kotlin.
