Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with Speechify’s Product Teams to define project scopes, devise strategies for rapid customer feedback, and navigate integration and UX trade-offs relevant to various product teams, all while delivering solutions through our cross-platform SDK.Enhance existing functionalities by implementing faster loading times and smarter parsing through the design of efficient abstractions and improved algorithms.Develop and deploy cloud functions, lightweight backend services, and jobs using Kotlin.Ideal Candidate Profile:Possesses a systems thinking mindset, understanding that optimizing a system requires comprehensive design and values simplicity.Exhibits speed in generating ideas and options, recognizing what can be delivered immediately versus what requires further development.Demonstrates strong focus in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment, knowing when to engage with the team and when to concentrate on tasks independently.Skilled in collaboration, inspiring and negotiating with designers, marketers, and product managers.
