Qualifications
• Proven experience with Oracle Application modules including Order Management (OM), Accounts Receivable (AR), Purchase Order (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), and General Ledger (GL).• Hands-on experience with eBiz Applications on Oracle Release 12.1.3 or higher.• Strong proficiency in Oracle Application Framework (OAF) and programming experience in Java, Oracle PL/SQL, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Workflow Builder.• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• In-depth understanding of Agile methodology and experience in sprint-based project delivery.• Prior experience in enterprise systems implementation is a plus.• Strong analytical skills for issue identification, escalation, resolution, and closure.• Familiarity with Agile Development and SCRUM methodologies.• Proven track record of collaboration with geographically distributed teams across different time zones.• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on effective communication.
About the job
As a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Oracle eBusiness Suite, you will play a critical role in the development of our core eBiz applications. Your expertise in PL/SQL and Oracle Application Framework (OAF) will drive the creation of innovative business process solutions, enabling system automation and seamless integration.
Your responsibilities will encompass the full software development lifecycle, from technical design through to development, rigorous testing, and deployment, with a strong emphasis on hands-on coding (approximately 75-80%).
You will demonstrate your ability to translate functional requirements into technical designs that align with our architectural roadmaps. Additionally, you will be tasked with resolving defects and bugs during QA testing and throughout the production lifecycle, ensuring the highest quality of our deliverables.
Collaboration is key; you will interact directly with Product Managers and the architecture team to guarantee that our eBiz solutions are both scalable and effective. You will take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery for your designated track and provide essential support to the operations team, troubleshooting system issues as they arise.
