Qualifications
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related STEM field, along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in software development; alternatively, candidates with 7+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered. Applicants should have at least 2 years of hands-on development experience with C/C++. Preferred candidates will demonstrate strong software design and development capabilities, an understanding of distributed computing systems, networking protocols, memory management, and CPU scheduling. A solid foundation in classical physics and mathematics (algebra, calculus, and Euclidean geometry) is essential. Strong debugging, performance optimization, unit testing skills, and a creative approach to problem-solving are highly desirable.
