ServiceNow is looking for enthusiastic and skilled Senior Solution Consultants specializing in Integrated Risk Management (IRM). As a hands-on presales Solution Consultant, you will play a crucial role in solution development and positioning. This position involves providing expert guidance to customers throughout the sales process, helping to acquire and retain clients by utilizing our innovative IRM solutions.
Your Responsibilities:
- Design and implement creative solutions using ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management offerings.
- Analyze client business processes to identify pain points and propose actionable solutions.
- Address customer inquiries regarding ServiceNow's IRM solutions.
- Deliver valuable insights and strategies to our expanding client base to enhance their integrated risk programs.
- Develop and promote sales initiatives centered around IRM and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) Solutions.
- Maintain a portfolio of IRM solutions demonstrated on the ServiceNow platform.
- Assist in creating programs that empower fellow Solution Consultants to showcase the value of IRM solutions.
- Configure solution environments to meet customer specifications and resolve business challenges.
- Work closely with Product Management and Development teams to improve ServiceNow products with new features that cater to customer needs.
- Share best practices and successful strategies with other Solution Consultants to foster team efficiency and quality.
- Stay informed on competitor offerings to understand ServiceNow's unique advantages.
- Support various marketing events, including user conferences, trade shows, analyst demonstrations, and webinars.
