About the Role
Tabs is seeking a dedicated Senior Solutions Consultant based in New York City to be a key contributor in our post-sales process. This role is essential for crafting tailored solutions and serving as a strategic partner to both our Post-Sales organization and our clients. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone eager to join a dynamic team in its formative stages and significantly influence our growth trajectory.
What You’ll Do
Showcase the Tabs platform to clients, emphasizing solutions to their business challenges and illustrating end-to-end workflows.
Facilitate discovery and scoping sessions, particularly addressing technical ASC 606 revenue recognition needs; convert findings into actionable implementation plans.
Design and implement proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to validate proposed solutions and mitigate risks associated with implementations.
Consult on and oversee post-sales projects to ensure clarity, viability, and timely delivery of solutions.
Develop workflow diagrams, implementation proposals, technical scopes, and other client-facing materials.
Act as an internal advocate for clients—identify needs, resolve challenges, and drive alignment when necessary.
Provide constructive feedback when client requests conflict with product strategy or feasibility, fostering collaborative solutions.
Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
