Your Role:
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and self-driven Senior Solutions Engineer, preferably with experience in SaaS or Payments, to drive our ambitious growth initiatives across EMEA. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing team and empower more software sellers to expand their businesses.
In this role, you will leverage your technical consulting expertise and project management skills to enhance the customer experience for leading software vendors using Paddle. You will navigate and resolve technical challenges collaboratively with your team.
As a senior team member, you will provide exceptional support to our largest accounts and collaborate with Sales, Success, and Product teams.
Your Responsibilities:
Master the Paddle product suite, including the checkout, dashboard, and APIs.
Engage confidently with C-suite executives and senior developers to help them craft extraordinary customer experiences.
Create integration plans and sample code to assist sellers in their Paddle integration process.
Lead technical discovery and solution design for complex global enterprises with intricate tax and regulatory needs.
Serve as a mentor for new and junior team members.
Contribute to both public and internal documentation.
Collaborate with Account Executives on customer calls to drive new business opportunities.
Partner with Customer Success Managers to ensure smooth onboarding and launch experiences for our customers.
Influence product development by communicating issues and feature requests to the Product and Engineering teams.
