Position Overview
The Solutions Engineering team is seeking a Senior Post-Sales Solutions Engineer to address the evolving and intricate needs of our Customer Success and Implementations teams. We are in search of a seasoned Solutions Engineer who is highly innovative, adept at navigating ambiguous situations, and capable of leading complex customer interactions with minimal oversight.
The Solutions Engineering team is crucial to Recharge's success, collaborating with top-tier merchants and directly influencing customer outcomes. In this role, you will have a significant impact across both the Solutions Engineering and Customer Experience divisions by driving high-quality solution design, facilitating expansion opportunities, and enhancing team effectiveness.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will serve as the technical validation and solution design expert within the Customer Experience organization. You will work closely with Customer Success, Implementation, and Migrations teams to diagnose intricate merchant requirements, design scalable solutions leveraging Recharge features and APIs, and ensure those solutions fulfill both technical and business objectives. Senior Solutions Engineers excel by working autonomously, shaping strategies, and clarifying complex or undefined scenarios.
Please note: This is a hybrid role based out of our downtown Toronto office, with an expectation of being in the office three days a week.
