Join our culinary team as a Senior Sous Chef specializing in Brazilian Cuisine. In this role, you will oversee kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of hygiene and food safety. You will be responsible for monitoring duty schedules, evaluating team performance, and leading the kitchen staff in creating innovative and visually appealing dishes.
You will conduct bi-monthly presentations showcasing new culinary trends, dishes, and amenities, while also developing food promotions and guest chef appearances as needed. Maintaining a close relationship with dining outlets, you will ensure guest satisfaction and manage any complaints directly.
Collaboration with the Food & Beverage Manager will be essential to drive promotional events and control food costs. You will ensure timely meal preparations for all services in line with opening hours and monitor food stock levels, including conducting regular checks on expiry dates.
Your leadership will guide the development of future chefs and uphold the highest hygiene standards, adhering to HACCP regulations. You will participate in department meetings and foster open communication within the team to maximize revenue and control operational costs.
