About the Role
As a Senior Business or Creative Recruiter at Runway, you will be instrumental in enhancing our General and Administrative (G&A) teams, which encompass Go-to-Market, Creative, Finance, Legal, Operations, and more. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to build their recruiting capabilities, guiding them on effective recruiting tools, interview methods, and best practices. You will also partner with hiring managers to devise comprehensive recruiting strategies tailored to their roles, discover innovative talent sourcing methods, and develop robust, personalized interview processes.
Beyond recruitment, you will gain exposure to various facets of our People function, including Employer Branding, Recruiting Operations, and Employee Experience. To excel in this role, you must be entrepreneurial, process-oriented, collaborative, and innovative, ensuring that we attract top talent while providing an exceptional candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment cycle from candidate sourcing to interview coordination and offer presentation, supported by a Recruiting Coordinator.
- Deliver a premier candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Continuously enhance diversity initiatives at Runway.
- Partner with hiring managers to thoroughly understand their requirements and devise creative recruiting strategies.
- Monitor all recruitment metrics and provide weekly updates to hiring managers and the broader recruiting team.
- Engage in recruitment events and cross-functional projects to promote our hiring initiatives.
