Expertise in defining and evolving end-to-end identity architecture covering authentication, authorization, session management, and token lifecycle across both consumer and enterprise environments.
Experience in establishing trust boundaries, integration contracts, and platform primitives that default to secure paths for teams utilizing identity services.

Experience architecting federation and provisioning patterns to support GoFundMe’s expanding enterprise and nonprofit collaborations.
Ownership of the consumer identity lifecycle, including aspects such as account continuity, progressive trust, confidence scoring, and transitions from anonymous to authenticated states.
Development of identity resolution capabilities (visitor stitching, account linking, confidence-weighted models) to enhance personalization and prevent fraud.
Management of the technical roadmap for the identity platform, prioritizing initiatives that advance our core objectives.
