Your Impact:
We are seeking a mixed-methods UX researcher who excels in quantitative research and is adaptable to qualitative projects. You will leverage your expertise to gather and analyze data, extracting insights that will guide strategic decision-making.
Your research efforts will encompass both online and offline experiences, as many interactions with Airbnb occur outside of our digital platforms. You will provide valuable insights that help shape a truly global product.
A Day in the Life:
- Conduct impactful quantitative research on our diverse community of hosts and guests.
- Utilize advanced methodologies to uncover user insights through experiments and mixed-methods research.
- Collaborate with product teams, data scientists, marketers, and executives to share findings and drive product enhancements.
