We are seeking a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager who will act as a trusted advisor for 10 to 20 of our most complex and high-value clients, including Fortune 500 companies striving to implement AI, personalization, and retail media while navigating data permission challenges.
This position transcends traditional relationship management; it is fundamentally a strategic advisory role. The ideal candidate comprehends that Transcend’s true value extends beyond mere compliance; it involves facilitating AI initiatives, alleviating engineering bottlenecks, and demonstrating to clients that their data is clean, properly authorized, and ready for large-scale production. You will bridge the gap between a CIO’s AI vision and the data governance hurdles that impede it, providing measurable solutions that highlight how Transcend can resolve these issues.
