This strategic role is pivotal in enhancing the rider experience through initiatives focused on Loyalty, Rider Value Proposition, and RSAT across diverse markets.

BE A PART OF A TEAM WHERE YOU WILL:
Lead and refine the Rider strategy to achieve measurable enhancements in rider retention, engagement, and satisfaction.
Develop and enhance the Rider Value Proposition across 22 markets, aligning rider demands with operational realities and business constraints.
Drive RSAT initiatives by transforming rider feedback and satisfaction metrics into actionable plans and tangible enhancements.
Oversee and optimize the rider investment budget to maintain a competitive and sustainable Rider Value Proposition across various markets.
Collaborate closely with local and central teams (Operations, Performance, Quality & Fraud, etc.) to ensure effective execution while adapting to local market needs.
Convert strategy into clear roadmaps, priorities, and execution plans, motivating teams to deliver results without direct authority.
Monitor, analyze, and interpret key rider metrics (investments, retention, engagement, RSAT, cohorts, experiments) to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
Identify trade-offs and make informed decisions amid incomplete or ambiguous data.
Continuously evaluate program impact and suggest optimizations to enhance rider experience and improve business outcomes.
Contribute to cross-functional initiatives and special projects related to rider experience, incentives, and engagement.
Engage collaboratively with colleagues across HQ and local teams in a supportive, high-performance environment where learning and impact are prioritized.
Work closely with Product teams to design and implement features that enhance the Rider Experience and solidify the Rider Value Proposition.
