Qualifications
Essential Skills and Attributes:Design and deploy Automated Litigation Support (ALS) software solutions utilizing commercial off-the-shelf tools such as Relativity, iPro, and CaseMap.Manage ALS system infrastructure, including storage, computing resources, and networking, both on-premise and on AWS cloud platforms.Oversee external access to ALS tools, ensuring proper identity and access management for external stakeholders such as expert witnesses and US Attorneys.Conduct system maintenance, including backups, restoration operations, application updates, performance tuning, and monitoring.Create and refresh system diagrams, administrator guides, and end-user documentation, ensuring updates at least bi-annually.Deliver weekly reports detailing system health, performance, completed projects, and future activities.Collaborate closely with IT leadership to support ALS applications and infrastructure.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with system implementations, including UNIX, Windows, and Network Storage Solutions, with at least 5 years in litigation support applications.Proven experience in designing, procuring, installing, integrating, and testing required systems.Experience working with large, complex systems across multiple operating systems and functions.
